Supply Chain Analytics and Insights Manager

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid: remote up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Base salary: $128,100–$192,100 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead supply chain reporting and analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable supply chain reports, dashboards, and recurring or ad hoc analytics, including inventory accuracy, E&O, and inventory reconciliation.
• Partner with supply chain stakeholders across all disease areas to define reporting needs, KPIs, metric definitions, data sources, and analytics priorities.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, then translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, ExM, Quality, DTE, BAR, master data management, data governance, and external integration teams.
• Identify data quality, governance, integration, system capability, configuration, and data integrity issues and recommend reporting enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline, preferably supply chain or industrial operations engineering.
• 5+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, in supply chain or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of supply chain planning experience.
• Robust knowledge of supply chain planning, including supply planning, inventory management, MPS/MRP, demand planning, and S&OP.
• Experience planning with a CMO and collaborating on short-term and long-term build plans.
• Significant experience using Rapid Response or a similar MRP system and OPM or a similar inventory tracking system for supply chain planning.
• Ability to influence without authority, motivate others, build team unity, take ownership, manage multiple projects, and complete projects successfully.
• Ability to apply a continuous-improvement mindset, communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and work effectively laterally and vertically.
