Logistics Specialist (Export Logistics)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; on-site.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end domestic and EU international road and courier shipments through freight forwarders.
• Analyze and optimize freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and related logistics costs using TMS; run shipment tenders and evaluate carrier bids.
• Maintain carrier and forwarder relationships, monitor service levels, issue transport orders in ERP, and track execution.
• Prepare shipping documents, courier labels, packing lists, and regional shipment documentation; coordinate pickups, deliveries, and customer delivery appointments.
• Coordinate warehouse order volumes, pick-pack schedules, loading, inbound receipts, inventory discrepancy investigations, and physical inventory counts.
• Process and reconcile transport and customs invoices, allocate costs to shipments, manage settlements, and resolve payment or balance discrepancies; handle office parcels and packaging stock.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in national and international logistics and freight forwarding.
• In-depth knowledge of road cargo transport documentation and regulatory frameworks, including the CMR Convention and ADR.
• Proven ability to apply and interpret Incoterms 2020 in import/export transactions.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms and transport-planning systems such as TMS.
• Full professional fluency in Polish and English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
• Strong quantitative skills for analyzing costs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Ability to identify issues proactively, resolve operational challenges quickly, prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Collaborative interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; ability to multitask under high workload and adapt to changing priorities and crisis situations.
