Executive Director, IT Finance Lead (AI)

Location: Rahway, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work arrangement.

Base salary: $231,900.00–$365,000.00 per year, plus annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility where applicable.

What you will do

• Shape and deliver the global technology, data, AI, and automation strategy for Finance.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Data, AI, Risk, Security, Compliance, and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
• Own the roadmap, lifecycle, modernization, security, compliance, and supportability of financial applications and platforms.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated Finance solutions from concept through implementation and support.
• Oversee systems supporting FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Account-to-Report, product costing, and Order-to-Cash.
• Manage, mentor, and develop senior IT leaders and global cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience, including substantial IT leadership experience in a global enterprise environment.
• Proven experience driving enterprise Finance transformation with AI, data, and automation, including reimagining end-to-end processes and delivering measurable business value.
• Experience with financial systems supporting Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor governance skills, with strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical strategy into measurable business value.
• Experience supporting financial solutions in a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or similarly complex global environments.
• Proven leadership of senior managers and cross-functional global teams, including internal teams and external implementation partners.
• Extensive experience leading SAP functional and technical solution delivery across Finance and large-scale SAP transformations and upgrades.
• Required skills include benefits management, business analysis, business process improvements, governance management, program management, stakeholder relationship management, strategic planning, and workforce planning.
