Senior Platform Architect (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote; candidates must already be based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit. Conditions also list Portugal, Spain, and Italy.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise architecture and design for large ServiceNow programs.
• Develop and manage ServiceNow workflows across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, and CSM.
• Design solutions using Flow Designer, APIs, and integrations.
• Provide instance strategy and technical governance through management consulting.
• Independently analyze and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional services experience with ServiceNow as the main platform.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows covering ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, and CSM, plus Flow Designer, APIs, and integrations.
• Enterprise architecture experience leading architecture and design on large programs.
• Management consulting experience, including instance strategy and technical governance.
• Ability to independently deliver complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Fluency in English at B2 level.
• Fluency in Portuguese or Italian at B2 level.
• Availability for fully remote work while already based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CMA or CTA certification.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and problem-solving.
