ServiceNow Architect: Designing and governing an enterprise ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom applications with an accent on architecture standards, CMDB strategy, integrations, security, and scalability. Focus on leading platform roadmaps and upgrades, solving complex integration and data-quality challenges, and applying Now Assist and AI capabilities to long-term platform evolution.
Location: 100% remote within the United States
Salary: $100,000–$180,000 annually

What you will do
- Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom application domains.
- Lead architecture reviews, design approvals, governance, platform standards, and multi-year roadmaps.
- Drive CMDB strategy, including discovery, service mapping, identification rules, and data quality programs.
- Architect integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven patterns.
- Design platform security, role models, ACL strategies, workflow patterns, and scalable customization practices.
- Lead upgrades, release planning, performance improvements, platform health initiatives, stakeholder alignment, mentoring, and architecture documentation.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.
- New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored for this position.
- 12 or more years of ServiceNow experience, including significant architecture or technical leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, including the data model, scripting, scoped applications, platform internals, CMDB, discovery, and service mapping.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, platform security, ACLs, role design, major upgrades, release planning, and ServiceNow certifications such as CTA, CIS, or CSA.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect credential.
- Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or AI-driven ServiceNow features.
- Exposure to multi-instance, multi-region deployments and integrations with Workday, Salesforce, or SAP.
- Familiarity with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.
