ServiceNow Architect (AI)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform.
• Define standards for platform data, integrations, security, customization, and maintainability.
• Shape multi-year ServiceNow roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Design CMDB, discovery, service mapping, and complex IntegrationHub and REST API solutions.
• Lead major platform upgrades, release planning, and multi-instance or multi-region architecture initiatives.
• Influence engineering, business, and executive stakeholders on enterprise platform decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; the role is fully remote within the U.S.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of ServiceNow experience, with significant architecture or technical leadership experience; the posting specifies 15+ years of overall experience.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, including its data model, scripting, scoped applications, and platform internals.
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, CMDB, discovery, service mapping, platform security, ACLs, and role design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, plus ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect credential.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or other AI-driven ServiceNow features.
• Experience with multi-instance, multi-region deployments and integrations with Workday, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Familiarity with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.
