Supply Chain Customer Operations Intern - English

Location: Barcelona Hub, Spain; flexible working time and work from home up to 50%

What you will do

• Support the Operational Customer Service team within the Global Supply Chain Hub.
• Oversee a specific type of customer orders across various markets.
• Collaborate with the Global Capability team to test, adapt, and support change management initiatives.
• Support market transitions toward automation using a new order capture tool.
• Contribute to daily customer service, master data, and commercial operations activities.
• Drive improvements to service levels, agility, and productivity.

Requirements

• Student in tourism or Translation and Interpretation, with an interest in learning and developing a career in Supply Chain.
• Proactive, curious, committed to delivering results, analytical, and able to understand complex concepts and solve problems using logical thinking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High autonomy, discipline, and ownership.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data charts, plus experience managing large databases.
• Minimum availability of 500 hours.
