Product Delivery & Forecast Transformation Intern

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain. Must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled through the end of the internship, be eligible to sign an internship agreement with the university, and be available from February 2027 through June–July 2027.

hirify.global operates a major R&D center in Barcelona focused on technology, software, firmware, hardware, large-format printing, and 3D printing, with cross-functional sales, operations, marketing, supply chain, customer support, and finance teams.

What you will do

• Consolidate order, planned-date, shipment, logistics ETA, and proof-of-delivery data into delivery turnaround-time baselines for Getac and other priority third-party products.
• Measure delivery stages, analyze plan accuracy and delay patterns, and identify country, lane, volume, exception, and data-quality differences.
• Document demand and order-forecast processes across hirify.global, Getac, and fulfillment partners, then recommend a repeatable forecasting, capacity-planning, and supplier-commitment model.
• Map product flows and order-status updates, facilitate root-cause reviews, and develop prioritized improvement recommendations, pilots, and standard work.
• Create KPI frameworks and dashboards for forecast accuracy, plan accuracy, shipping and delivery turnaround time, exception aging, and action closure.
• Support weekly operating reviews, stakeholder coordination, decision tracking, reporting, and digital enablement using Microsoft 365, Copilot, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or workflow tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into practical recommendations.
• Interest in supply chain, forecasting, order fulfillment, partner management, and customer delivery experience.
• Good written communication, process documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate actions across multiple stakeholders and work with incomplete or inconsistent operational data.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or process-mapping tools.
