Principal Divisional Strategy Consultant - Value Improvement Solutions

Location: Chicago, Illinois, with other locations in Helena, Montana; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Richardson, Texas. Flex hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in the office and two days remote. United States.

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually. An annual incentive bonus plan may also apply.

What you will do

• Shape and execute the division’s short-term and long-term strategic direction.
• Partner with senior and corporate leadership to support business strategy execution and decision-making.
• Provide analytics, insights, and synthesized information on business performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments in a matrixed environment to align divisional and enterprise-wide priorities.
• Manage multiple complex priorities and support operational success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or strategic consulting, including strategic planning, business development, and financial management operations; or a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of consulting experience in these areas; or 8 years of experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or healthcare product development.
• Experience leading and formulating strategy, with the ability to build strong connections with people and teams.
• Ability to drive results across departments in a matrixed environment.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization and manage multiple complex priorities.
• Ability to work directly with corporate leadership.
• Analytical, program management, and problem-solving skills.
