Digital Consulting Senior Director, Oracle Healthcare

Location: Hybrid, Chicago - 550 Van Buren, United States of America; willingness to travel up to 50%.

Salary: Estimated base salary of $215,000–$275,000 per year. The role is also eligible for annual incentive compensation, with total estimated compensation of $279,500–$357,500.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise Oracle implementations and transformation programs for healthcare provider organizations.
• Set program strategy, solution direction, delivery approach, and implementation objectives.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs involving multiple Oracle workstreams and integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Translate organizational strategy and operational requirements into scalable Oracle-enabled solutions with senior healthcare executives and business leaders.
• Build and maintain executive client relationships, deliver engagement results, and support additional project work.
• Lead and inspire client, junior, and management teams while communicating effectively across all levels.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information technology or consulting.
• Significant experience leading enterprise Oracle implementations and transformation programs, including responsibility for program strategy, solution direction, delivery, and executive client relationships.
• Deep healthcare industry experience, preferably on the provider side with hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, or other complex healthcare delivery organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading Oracle implementations in healthcare provider environments and understanding their operational, financial, regulatory, integration, and technology considerations.
• Experience working with senior healthcare executives and business leaders to translate organizational strategy and operational requirements into scalable Oracle-enabled solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle enterprise applications and strategic leadership across one or more Oracle Cloud solution areas, including ERP/Financials, SCM, HCM, EPM, PPM, or related Oracle technologies.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional implementation programs with multiple Oracle workstreams and integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Experience with complex healthcare technology ecosystems and how Oracle enterprise solutions interact with broader provider operations and systems.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or an IT-related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Provider-side healthcare experience is strongly preferred over experience primarily limited to health plans or payers.
