Technical Program Manager, Senior

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional Agile teams across Product Management, Systems and Software/Firmware Engineering, Marketing, Testing, Operations, and UX from concept through deployment.
• Drive solution execution through concept definition, requirements validation, architecture specification, and lifecycle governance.
• Lead system integration planning, release management, demonstrations, proof of concepts, pilots, and go-to-market workstreams.
• Create and manage plans and budgets for multiple large programs while controlling scope, schedule, quality, cost, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve delivery obstacles, and maintain alignment with senior leaders on milestones.
• Present technical, business, and program status using dashboards, JIRA, and Agile project management tools; coach junior Program Managers when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–8 years of engineering, program management, and Scrum Master experience in a fast-paced product environment.
• Experience leading medium-sized cross-functional teams and managing multiple significant product launches.
• Experience with Scaled Agile, test-driven development, continuous integration, risk management, and software development best practices.
• Experience with cloud development, software and services integration, and Android or iOS mobile application development.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, critical-thinking, collaboration, and resource-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with asset intelligence, including location services, machine learning, or machine vision.
• Knowledge of intellectual property fundamentals and competitive printer and scanner markets.
