SS&P SEA Program Manager of Business Performance and Strategy

What you will do

• Lead annual and multi-year strategy deployment using Hoshin Kanri or equivalent frameworks such as OKR and Balanced Scorecard.
• Translate strategic priorities into objectives, breakthrough initiatives, KPIs, milestones, and functional roadmaps.
• Facilitate alignment discussions with leadership and stakeholders to establish ownership and manage strategic trade-offs.
• Own a portfolio of cross-functional programs covering supply chain performance, risk, compliance, digitalization, and capability development.
• Define program governance, timelines, dependencies, success criteria, and execution cadence.
• Monitor progress and risks, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain focus across competing initiatives and resource constraints.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional experience in program or portfolio management, strategy deployment, strategic planning, supply chain, operations, or performance management.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience working with senior leadership and executives.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical capability, program execution, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hoshin Kanri, OKR, Balanced Scorecard, MBO, SMART goals, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Consulting or internal consulting experience.
• Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or technology-driven industrial environments.
