What you will do

• Lead annual and multi-year strategy deployment processes using Hoshin Kanri or OKR frameworks.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear objectives, breakthrough initiatives, and measurable KPIs.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs covering supply chain performance, risk, and digitalization.
• Facilitate alignment discussions with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure strategic focus.
• Define program governance, structure, and timelines while tracking execution and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and risks, ensuring corrective actions are taken to maintain strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional experience in program management, strategy deployment, or supply chain operations.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and executives.
• Strong analytical capability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments and manage ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hoshin Kanri, OKR, Balanced Scorecard, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Consulting background or internal consulting experience.
• Knowledge of procurement or technology-driven industrial environments.
