What you will do

• Define program scope, roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and OKRs for Source to Pay transformation programs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery within scope, budget, quality, and schedule expectations while monitoring resources and spend.
• Translate executive strategy into actionable plans, prioritize initiatives, manage trade-offs, and track measurable business value.
• Coordinate business teams, IT, and systems integration partners through executive governance, steering committees, reporting, and decision forums.
• Lead organizational change management, including communications, training, adoption, resistance management, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and resolve complex cross-functional issues while maintaining program health metrics and escalation frameworks.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing Source to Pay transformation programs and portfolios affecting sourcing or procurement organizations.
• A four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Experience with digital transformation tools and technologies, including ERP or Source to Pay systems such as Jaggaer, Icertis, or SAP Ariba.
• Strategic thinking, execution excellence, leadership, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Structured problem-solving, decision-making, change leadership, organizational awareness, financial acumen, benefits realization tracking, and the ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in consulting or large enterprise transformation environments.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
