Business Value Architect (AI/GRC)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work; travel required up to 40%

Salary: £73,600–£110,400 annually, plus commission opportunities

What you will do

• Engage with strategic clients and prospects onsite and remotely to assess Governance, Risk and Compliance operations, processes, and tools.
• Deliver value assessments and value realization services, including current-versus-desired-state gap analyses and improvement opportunities using hirify.global capabilities.
• Gather objectives with customers and Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success stakeholders, then define impact areas, required technology, personnel, and conversational experiences.
• Perform business, technical, and financial analyses to forecast ROI and TCO, identify value drivers, and align customer objectives with hirify.global capabilities.
• Develop value messaging, presentations, reusable sales assets, customer stories, and business cases in partnership with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing.
• Help evolve the Value Practice by building value-selling and value-realization processes, templates, tools, and asset libraries.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in value consulting, value engineering, or another applicable role.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence leaders to invest.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for qualitative and quantitative business cases.
• Curiosity about business processes and the potential for new business models.
• Consultative approach and the ability to facilitate stakeholder interviews, communicate complex enterprise technology simply, and tailor messages to different audiences.
• Strong facilitation skills for clarifying business issues and supporting effective solution design.
• Executive presence and advanced presentation skills, with comfort influencing and collaborating in a C-level environment.
• Experience with enterprise cloud solutions, particularly in the GRC or audit space.

Nice to have

• Deep experience in financial analysis and ROI/TCO modeling for business cases.
