Senior Manager (Client & Digital - Wealth)

What you will do

• Lead large programmes and major workstreams, owning plans, governance, risks, delivery quality, and outcomes.
• Design sales and service experiences, front-office processes, and target operating models for wealth managers and private banks.
• Act as the senior business-side lead for platform implementations including CRM, advisor desktop, onboarding, and client lifecycle tooling, working with technology teams on design and sequencing.
• Manage mixed teams of consultants and client staff, set quality standards, delegate effectively, and develop team members.
• Manage relationships with client sponsors and senior stakeholders, including difficult conversations and senior forum discussions.
• Help shape the consulting proposition, support hiring, coach consultants, and improve how the practice operates.

Requirements

• Strong consulting experience is essential; genuinely consultative industry experience may also be considered if the experience is clearly comparable.
• Experience in wealth management, private banking, or a closely related financial services area.
• A strong track record leading large-scale change as a programme manager, lead project manager, or design lead, with ownership of delivery, governance, and outcomes.
• Experience with large technology-enabled transformation programmes, including strategic and design work at the front end, not only execution delivery.
• Strong people leadership experience, including team management and accountability for output quality.
• Confidence and credibility to operate independently with senior client stakeholders and lead senior discussions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including investigating detail, understanding root causes, and developing defensible recommendations.
• A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset and genuine interest in building a consulting practice as well as delivering individual projects.

• Experience developing or refining propositions, segment strategies, or service models.
• Experience supporting pitch processes, including defining team shapes and activity timelines.
