Analyst Senior, Product Technical Support (Fintech)

What you will do

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues involving teller processing, financial transactions, operational controls, operational compliance, and balancing.
• Provide expert, in-depth product support and recommend corrective actions for software application issues.
• Recreate client issues in hirify.global test environments to identify effective solutions.
• Ask probing questions to anticipate client needs and next steps.
• Document customer information and recurring issues to support product quality programs and product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Extensive banking background and understanding of how banks serve customers, manage products and services, operate, and deliver customer experiences across the customer lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently and act as a self-starter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, research, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to anticipate next steps, research beyond the manual, test solutions, and remain focused on client impact.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal hirify.global groups.
