Senior Manager, Government Partnership Strategies (TSA and DHS)

Location: Washington, DC, United States; onsite. Travel to airports, government offices, hirify.global locations, and partner meetings may be required.

Base salary: $145,000–$175,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies aligned with hirify.global’s priorities and the missions of DHS, TSA, CBP, and other government and aviation partners.
• Build trusted relationships with TSA and government stakeholders while identifying opportunities across aviation security, identity, traveler processing, and adjacent markets.
• Translate regulatory, policy, operational, and political developments into recommendations, decision points, and action plans for senior leaders.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams on compliant products, services, operating models, and strategic opportunities.
• Prepare executives and subject matter experts for government engagements, including objectives, briefings, stakeholder strategies, key messages, and follow-through.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, executive reporting, and high-priority government requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across government, government affairs, public policy, regulatory affairs, homeland security, aviation security, or a related field, with significant experience working with DHS and/or TSA.
• Deep expertise in aviation security, airport operations, and the relationship between federal requirements and airport-level execution.
• Political judgment for navigating complex government environments.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior government officials and executive stakeholders while representing an organization with credibility, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Ability to translate complex policy, regulatory, operational, and technical issues into practical strategies and concise executive-level recommendations.
• Ability to lead through influence across multidisciplinary teams, operate through ambiguity and pressure, and drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Willingness and ability to travel to airports, government offices, hirify.global locations, and partner meetings as needed.

• Direct TSA experience.
• Experience with biometrics, digital identity, traveler processing, regulated technology, or public-private partnerships.
