TL;DR

What you will do
- Coordinate policy staff actions across DoD and the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Coordinate Secretary of Defense and Under Secretary of Defense (Intelligence and Security) issuances in line with DoDI 5025.01.
- Evaluate USD(I&S) and other DoD components’ policy documents to ensure they meet defense intelligence, CI, security, and law-enforcement needs.
- Ensure IC policies are reviewed by OUSD(I&S) staff and other DoD components with relevant equities.
- Identify and resolve problems during the issuance development process; evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions to OUSD(I&S) policy focal points.
- Participate in DoD, IC, and inter-agency meetings and working groups to resolve coordination issues across the Federal government.
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience working within DoD, including experience coordinating DoD issuances
- Experience coordinating DoD issuances
- Ability to support policy development and coordination activities at the Pentagon (Arlington, VA)
Nice to have
- Experience with the DoD Issuance Portal System and the USD(I&S) Policy Portal
- Bachelor’s degree
