Business Intelligence Analyst

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance dynamic SQL queries, raw data reports, and related reporting tools.
• Process, extract, mine, and deliver data to client customer communities through repositories, tools, and services.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly global reporting dashboards for engineering KPIs while ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Build customized dashboards by combining multiple data sources and support workflow automation.
• Define data extraction strategies based on reporting needs and navigate the digital database architecture and toolset.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on governance, tracking, data crunching, analysis, system migration, and customization projects.

Requirements

• Approximately 8–12 years of overall experience in engineering tools, dynamic SQL queries, MySQL, new product development data management, and report creation.
• At least 5–6 years of programming experience with MySQL, VBA macros, and dynamic SQL queries.
• Mandatory programming expertise in MySQL, Excel Power Query, dynamic SQL queries, and VBA.
• Mandatory proficiency in Excel, including VBA macros and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of database structures and data extraction, with a background in statistics, data analysis, or data visualization.
• Proficiency in standard reporting and presentation tools, with proven successful delivery of innovative solutions to large organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work effectively under pressure on multiple topics concurrently.
• Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrate integrity and initiative, learn independently, and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions, conduct repetitive computer-based tasks, and remain stationary for most of the workday.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, and Visio.
• Product development and/or project management experience.
