What you will do

• Develop scalable BI solutions by translating cross-functional business questions into actionable insights.
• Build and improve BI infrastructure by integrating CRM systems, databases, and other data sources with tools such as Fivetran.
• Transform and structure data with dbt to create reliable models for Power BI reporting.
• Design and develop Power BI reports for Finance, Sales, Production, and other teams.
• Support self-service BI and consistent reporting practices across the organization.
• Grow the internal BI community through knowledge sharing, Q&A sessions, and improved access to AI-powered insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a comparable data-focused role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools, including DAX and Power Query.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data from CRM and ERP platforms.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical and senior stakeholders.
