Senior Analyst Business Intelligence — 3PL Services Warehouse Operations (AI)

Location: Hybrid, available from the London or Woking office in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Elicit, document, validate, and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and data models for Agile delivery teams.
• Perform gap and root cause analysis, define KPIs and success metrics, and support business cases and benefits realisation.
• Partner with 3PL operations teams and Business Process Owners, present solution options to senior leadership, and facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and steering committees.
• Build and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards and reports, define data requirements with data engineering teams, and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and deliver AI, ML, RPA, automation, and low-code/no-code opportunities, including AI-augmented workflows and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Maintain a prioritised pipeline of digital innovation initiatives and support change management through training, communications, and adoption tracking.

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing and implementing innovative technology and operating models across warehouse and transport operations.
• Specific experience with Manhattan Active WMS and Microsoft Dynamics WMS.
• Operational experience in logistics, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment, preferably the pharmaceutical sector.
• Demonstrable experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in an operational environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Lean principles certifications.
• Strategic thinking, analytical rigour, communication and influence, adaptability and resilience, collaboration across functions and geographies, and results orientation.
