Location: Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas, Lenexa, Denver, Kansas City, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: Denver $132,000–$198,000; Las Vegas $126,000–$189,000; Los Angeles $139,200–$208,800; New York City $146,600–$219,600; Washington, DC $139,200–$208,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex and large-scale venue projects.
• Direct design documents, system layouts, detailed drawings, schematics, specifications, and electrical building-system delivery.
• Develop solutions for advanced engineering problems and provide technical guidance across the discipline.
• Mentor and coach designers and engineers, support staffing and training initiatives, and contribute to technical strategy.
• Conduct or issue final quality reviews, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
• Communicate with clients, resolve technical and design challenges, support business development, maintain client relationships, and serve as Engineer of Record when assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, architectural, or another relevant engineering field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Advanced to expert proficiency in electrical engineering design, applicable codes and standards, Revit, Bluebeam, and construction processes.
• MEP or construction industry experience.
• Experience leading discipline coordination and managing complex or large-scale project scopes.
• High technical aptitude and ability to learn, understand, and use various systems and processes.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, clear communication, willingness to ask questions, accountability, reliability, ethical behavior, accuracy, quality, collaboration, and receptiveness to feedback.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering design software applicable to the discipline or focus.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Additional technical certifications such as RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, or WELL.
