MSP Program Implementation Manager

Location: Remote, United States of America

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions and translate objectives, requirements, priorities, and implementation considerations into structured plans.
• Manage MSP program implementations from initiation through launch and transition to ongoing operations.
• Develop and maintain timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, stakeholder responsibilities, and communication cadences.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, facilitating meetings and driving follow-up actions.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions; develop resolutions and escalate matters requiring leadership attention.
• Prepare clients and internal teams for launch, drive completion of outstanding activities, capture lessons learned, and support improvements to future implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs.
• Strong project planning, organizational, execution, client-facing, communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently drive projects forward, maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables, and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MPP), detailed implementation project plans, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and other business productivity tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

• Experience with Pixid Pro VMS, formerly Vector.
• Experience in professional services or workforce solutions environments.
• Experience working in a public-sector environment.
