Senior Product Manager, Oncology (Molecular Diagnostics)

Location: Menlo Park, CA; hybrid with onsite work 3 days per week.

Base salary: $174,068–$195,826 annually. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus and equity grants.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the Northstar Select therapy selection product family.
• Define product concepts based on user needs, market insights, and technology capabilities.
• Plan and execute product launches spanning clinical assays, user-facing software, internal workflows, regulatory and legal requirements, marketing, and public relations support.
• Design and deliver the end-to-end customer experience for test ordering, blood-sample submission, and result delivery with UX and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive program execution by aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, mobilizing internal and external resources, and sourcing vendors.
• Monitor user behavior, product metrics, and market trends to identify and implement product improvements.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of product management experience.
• Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and product requirements.
• Experience launching a product from start to finish.
• Experience working with diverse teams to gather requirements and align stakeholders around launching a complex product.
• Experience with IVD product management.

Nice to have

• Experience launching and managing NGS-based diagnostic testing assays.
• Experience launching and managing clinical genetic testing products.
• Oncology experience.
• A Master's or PhD in molecular biology, bioengineering, medicine, chemical biology, or a related field.
