Manager I, Products (Life Science)

Location: Remote - US

Annual base salary: $101,400–$154,650, with possible additional bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage product lines and support short- and long-term revenue and profit goals.
• Analyze customer requirements, industry trends, competitive products, and market opportunities.
• Develop, execute, and monitor product line plans, marketing campaigns, collateral, and training materials.
• Identify, develop, and launch new product offerings.
• Partner with Global Sales Management, Sales, Scientific Support, Customer Service, and Finance to improve marketing effectiveness and customer loyalty.
• Track product performance and take corrective action as market problems and opportunities emerge.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a scientific or business-related discipline; a PhD is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience developing and commercializing products in life science research or clinical markets.
• Experience with protein measurement, assay development, and immunoassay principles.
• Experience with ISO, cGMP, CLIA, or similar regulatory standards.
• Strong scientific, analytical, organizational, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and GraphPad Prism.
