GTM Engineer (Applied AI)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid, with two required office days per week

What you will do

• Build and own systems for account and contact sourcing, enrichment, scoring, routing, and pipeline measurement.
• Source hard-to-find accounts and contacts through public websites, registries, job boards, web scraping, and search APIs.
• Own Clay waterfalls, data sources, cost logic, quality monitoring, and Salesforce write-back.
• Design and validate account-scoring models and create signal-based outbound plays and evergreen motions.
• Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, and data sources using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
• Deploy guarded AI workflows, including research and qualification agents and rep-facing account intelligence, while partnering with business development, marketing, Salesforce administrators, and BI.

Requirements

• Experience building pipeline-generation systems end to end, from sourcing through enrichment, scoring, routing, and measurement, with quantifiable results.
• Experience using web scraping and search APIs, such as ZenRows or Serper, or building custom scrapers to create non-standard account lists.
• Experience connecting systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• SQL skills and enough Python or JavaScript to fill integration and automation gaps.
• Ability to design defensible scoring logic, select inputs and weightings, explain the rationale, and validate results against real outcomes.
• Deep, hands-on Clay expertise.
• Experience shipping at least one AI or LLM workflow to production for a revenue team, with guardrails.
• Ability to partner with business development and marketing rather than operate as a ticket queue, and to discuss B2B demand channels.
