Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote; location is not a requirement. The ideal fit can work under European or American East Coast timezones. The company hires based on timezones rather than countries.

Salary: USD $170,000–$207,546.90 annually depending on the cost of living and location. For US employees, gross compensation may be USD $156,746.97–$191,366.75. The role may be offered internationally as a contractor or as an employee in the United States, European Union, or Australia.

What you will do

• Own outcomes and results for multi-million-dollar business lines.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, breaking them into rapidly shippable projects.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, sales, support, and engineering to shape requirements and features.
• Prioritize execution, balance engineering cost against business impact, and maintain a regular release cadence.
• Ensure smooth and timely feature launches and define ways to track product usage and impact.
• Identify opportunities to expand the product vision and innovate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, especially the ability to articulate customer concerns clearly and precisely.
• High empathy toward customers and teammates.
• Experience owning 0→1, end-to-end product and feature development.
• Strong focus on shipping products and making trade-offs between competing demands.
• Ability to manage projects by structuring work categories, dependencies, and priorities in a relevant tool.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, persistent, and able to maintain momentum independently in uncertain situations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining focus and a regular cadence of releases.
