Global Study Lead (Clinical Trials)

Location: Remote from Sofia, Budapest, Riga, Warsaw, Bucharest, Belgrade, Madrid, or Reading; willingness to travel approximately 30% is required.

What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed clinical project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment with project and organizational goals.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate programme delivery and support team capability development.

Requirements

• Significant project management and team leadership experience, including extensive experience with global clinical trials.
• Demonstrated success managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, budget, and quality requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
