What you will do

• Design the agent orchestration model and deal state machine to route work between specialist agents.
• Develop a typed tool layer for financial analytics, clause extraction, and document assembly.
• Define human-in-the-loop protocols and mandatory approval gates for legal and financial actions.
• Establish a secure sandbox environment with strict data governance, PII handling, and zero-retention policies.
• Validate the technical feasibility of automation hypotheses and translate findings into architecture.
• Lead and direct AI/ML engineers through the build phases of the system.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, or solutions architecture with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Deep experience with agent orchestration, tool and function calling, and state management.
• Expert proficiency in Python, API and connector design, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing guardrails, auditability, and traceability for high-stakes, document-heavy domains.
• Practical experience moving systems from sandbox/prototype to production.
• Domain knowledge in commercial real estate, legal, or financial services is highly preferred.
