Middle / Senior Scrum Master

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help define sprint goals and align them with product priorities and business objectives.
• Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and roles and responsibilities.
• Identify and remove impediments, delivery risks, and challenges affecting team progress.
• Work with Product Owners to refine and prioritise the backlog and clarify requirements.
• Monitor velocity, cycle time, and burndown metrics while driving continuous improvement and transparent communication.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Experience working with Agile teams on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of software development processes and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and team-building skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts, encourage collaboration, connect technical and business perspectives, and align teams around shared goals.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Scrum-related certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
