Service/Project Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Remote from Bulgaria, Serbia, Georgia, Montenegro, Moldova, etc.

What you will do

• Assign incidents and service tasks, ensure adherence to ITSM processes, and monitor SLA compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, knowledge base materials, checklists, and release notes.
• Plan and coordinate software releases, track deadlines, assign tasks, and maintain status updates.
• Conduct UAT and facilitate retrospectives.
• Communicate with stakeholders and project teams.
• Review and improve support and release processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in service management, IT support, or project coordination.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and best practices; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests, and SLA compliance.
• Experience planning and coordinating software releases, including UAT and retrospectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to produce clear, structured reporting for management and clients.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
