Freelance German Translator

Location: Fully remote; 5–10 hours per week

hirify.global develops eco-friendly hydration products, including Microdrinks, and sells them through an online shop, stores, B2B partners, and retail channels worldwide.

What you will do

• Localize hirify.global’s brand voice for the German-speaking online shop and DACH audience.
• Translate and adapt direct-to-consumer marketing content, mainly advertisements and landing pages.
• Maintain accuracy, terminology consistency, and tone of voice across translated materials.
• Proofread translated content and perform quality checks.
• Support urgent translation needs for product launches and time-sensitive campaigns.

Requirements

• Native German proficiency and fluent English are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to create creative, engaging translations that convey the intended tone of voice.
• Ability to work independently, take full ownership of projects, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Background in translation, including Translation Studies.
• Experience in SEO copywriting and maximizing keyword impact.
• Experience translating performance marketing or advertising copy.
• Additional languages.
