Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Rogers, Arkansas, USA; onsite

Salary: $61,800–$113,100 (Zone C), $68,000–$124,500 (Zone B), or $74,200–$135,800 (Zone A) annually, depending on work location and other job-related factors.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Technical Process Operators in troubleshooting and operational performance.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and cell KPIs, including safety, quality cost, OEE, scrap loss, and cost savings.
• Perform gap analysis and lead structured problem solving and loss-elimination actions.
• Support production schedules, changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and daily manufacturing review meetings.
• Use Operational Excellence tools to implement process improvements and support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Participate in quality investigation reviews and execute countermeasures.

Requirements

• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, including schedules, budgets, scope, risks, and KPIs.
• Experience with process improvement, production data analysis, KPI trend analysis, troubleshooting, and data-driven recommendations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience developing standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a similar field is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Rogers, Arkansas, USA.
