Associate Manager-Sales Operations Finance

Location: Camden, New Jersey, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $87,800–$120,700 base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead recurring Independent Distributor Partner stale chargeback processes, including preparation, analysis, validation, communication, and maintenance of objective rates and product exceptions.
• Prepare leadership summaries, distributor-level analyses, UPC-level detail, recurring financial analyses, and operational finance reports.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and support reporting modernization, data validation, and scalable finance solutions.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies, reconcile calculations, maintain process documentation, controls, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate financial results, implications, risks, recommendations, process changes, and business insights to Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Support DSD Sales Operations, route-finance activities, special projects, and ad hoc transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or related roles.
• Experience owning budgeting and forecasting cycles, supporting monthly close, and performing variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasts, scenario analysis, and sensitivities.
• Strong FP&A fundamentals and working knowledge of accounting concepts.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and influencing-without-authority skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data visualization, calculated measures, and report validation.
• Knowledge of Direct Store Delivery, route-to-market, consumer packaged goods, sales operations, or supply chain environments.
• Experience with SAP, EPM, MicroStrategy, Envision, SharePoint, or similar enterprise reporting and financial systems.
• Experience standardizing, documenting, or automating recurring finance processes.
• Understanding of financial controls, account reconciliation, and operational performance reporting.
