133RM – Programmer Analyst 6 (Salesforce Developer)

Location: Hybrid in Lansing, Michigan, USA; onsite from day one two days per week on Tuesday and Wednesday. Only local candidates within 90 miles of Lansing, Michigan will be considered. There is no fully remote option.

Salary: $65–$70 per hour.

What you will do

• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Work with Salesforce SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain solutions for Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• Build API integrations and implement Single Sign-On integrations.
• Use Azure DevOps or comparable tools for requirements tracking, CI/CD, and release management.
• Support data migration and cloud integration projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.
• 2+ years of experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or comparable tools for requirements tracking, CI/CD, or release management.
• Exposure to data migration and/or cloud integration projects.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications.
• Local availability within 90 miles of Lansing, Michigan and readiness to work onsite two days per week from the first day.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Experience with Conga and Drawloop.
• Familiarity with governmental processes and compliance, including FedRAMP-compliant tools and environments.
