SCM Analyst (SAP)

What you will do

• Expedite open purchase orders and adjust priorities to meet production requirements.
• Generate and analyze open purchase order reports from SAP to identify and resolve delivery risks.
• Use MRP messages to advance or postpone purchased-part delivery dates according to production needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials and ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
• Resolve receiving and invoicing discrepancies using basic and advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Update order confirmations and maintain accurate order-status records in SAP and the SFM tool while supporting buyers and escalating risks.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar supply chain or production-related role, with a solid understanding of supply chain and production processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and other supply chain management tools.
• Strong analytical skills for generating and interpreting reports, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills for basic and complex receiving and invoicing issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing production demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and preventing issues from escalating.
• Proficiency in Excel for analyzing and managing open purchase order reports.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
