Fulfillment Specialist

Salary: $68,600–$109,760 annually

What you will do

• Purchase goods from internal feeder factories and external suppliers according to delivery schedules, transportation modes, pricing, and contractual requirements.
• Release purchase requisitions and initiate purchase orders in SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
• Monitor supplier order acknowledgments, dispatch advice, inbound freight, customs clearance, and local transportation.
• Track purchase order backlogs and coordinate with suppliers to support customer on-time delivery.
• Identify root causes of late orders, implement recovery plans, and verify warehouse receipts and invoice processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related technical/STEM field plus at least 1 year of relevant experience; or an associate degree plus 3 years of experience; or a high school diploma/GED plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in material planning, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP platform, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain tracking tools.
• Fluent English required.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.
