What you will do

• Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side transaction services projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, analysing financial statements, management accounts, financial data, and audit reports.
• Advise clients on commercial considerations, prepare detailed reports and presentations, and provide tailored support throughout transactions.
• Build client relationships and develop internal and external networks to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead project teams, support complex transactions, promote professional development, and work closely with Partners.
• Develop strategic plans to grow the Transaction Services practice and apply data analytics and AI optimisation in a professional services environment.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive transaction services experience and strong knowledge of a deals environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
• Experience in a managerial role within transaction services.
• Familiarity with various industries and business models.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strategic, hands-on, adaptable, resilient, and proactive approach to challenges, with a commitment to client service and operational excellence.
