Offering Tools Finance Lead

What you will do

• Identify measurable customer value across cost efficiency, revenue growth or protection, sustainability, and risk reduction.
• Build and standardize CFO-grade financial models covering cash flow, P&L, ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR, and payback across products, accounts, and deal sizes.
• Translate model outputs into clear financial narratives and tangible business measures for customers, CFOs, finance teams, and sellers.
• Own and govern global assumptions, benchmarks, pricing inputs, product updates, market trends, version history, and refresh cadences.
• Reconcile models against real deals, improve accuracy, document model logic, and support adaptations for large or complex deals and pricing discussions.
• Collaborate with competitive intelligence, data and analytics, product, product marketing, finance, monetisation, sales, engineering, and platform teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, value engineering, or management consulting, ideally in a large consulting firm, financial services company, or technology vendor.
• Deep financial analysis and modelling skills, including cash flow, P&L, financial accounting, CapEx versus OpEx, depreciation, and subscription models.
• Deep knowledge of ROI and TCO, with practical use of IRR, NPV, and payback for business cases.
• Ability to convert complex technical and commercial information into clear, defensible financial logic.
• Rigorous approach to assumptions, data quality, governance, and version control.
• Strong written and verbal communication of qualitative and quantitative business cases, including financial narratives for non-finance audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, monetisation, and platform teams.
• Self-management, responsiveness, curiosity, and creativity in developing sound ways to quantify value.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting or finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA, or a Master's degree with a financial background.
• Pre-sales or commercial finance experience at a technology vendor.
• Knowledge of enterprise technology or IT infrastructure.
