AI Specialist

What you will do

• Analyse team processes end-to-end and identify workflows where AI can reduce cost, time, or rework.
• Build and deploy production-grade agentic workflows connecting LLMs, internal APIs, case management tools, MCPs, Claude skills, plugins, n8n automations, and internal systems.
• Debug and iterate on AI tools in production with active user feedback.
• Run hands-on training, create practical documentation, and coach AI champions so teams become self-sufficient.
• Roll out and measure automations using weekly active users and team impact, intervening when adoption drops.
• Maintain reusable AI patterns, skills, templates, and the company AI playbook while partnering with senior stakeholders on priorities and success criteria.

Requirements

• Experience deploying AI tools in environments where downtime, errors, or rework have real business costs.
• Hands-on experience using Claude, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools in a real business context.
• Technical fluency with low-code/no-code tools, APIs, MCPs, and integrations; comfortable with SQL and familiar with BI tooling.
• 2–5 years of experience in product operations, operations, strategy, technical programme management, internal consulting, or a similar hands-on role.
• Strong communication skills, including running workshops, writing clear documentation, and translating technical terminology for different audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid diagnosis, ruthless prioritisation, and shipping a working v1 within a week.
• High ownership and the ability to identify and complete necessary work independently.
