Location: Doncaster, United Kingdom; hybrid role based at TBA Doncaster. Availability for travel inside and outside the UK is required.

TBA provides software and services for ports, terminals, and warehouses, supporting customers from operational design and implementation through optimization.

What you will do

• Develop new features and maintain existing functionality for a customer-facing Terminal Operating System used in ports and terminals worldwide.
• Build, test, and deploy software within an Agile Scrum and SAFe environment, supporting QA colleagues.
• Work from user stories, user acceptance criteria, and test plans while maintaining code quality, development tools, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect, data specialists, technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the Tech & Product Leadership team.
• Present to and liaise with stakeholders during sprint reviews and on-site analysis visits or implementations.
• Use AI as a force multiplier by critically assessing, challenging, and refining AI-generated outputs.

Requirements

• Experience developing software applications and working within a Scrum development framework.
• C# with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Vue.js and TypeScript.
• SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Azure DevOps and Git.
• Experience with object-oriented methodology.
• Effective written and verbal communication with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical, and creative skills, with planning, organizing, solution-focused, and can-do approaches.
• Proven ability to build credible business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Availability for travel inside and outside the UK.
