Associate Director, ANS (Data Center)

Location: Primarily remote; travel to client offices, project sites, and hirify.global locations is required as needed.

What you will do

• Lead major client accounts or portfolios of capital projects and ensure service delivery, client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, fee proposals, business development, and expansion of Infrastructure & Capital Projects services.
• Oversee revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, forecasting, resource planning, and commercial performance.
• Guide capital planning, procurement, cost control, commercial management, risk mitigation, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, train, and lead multidisciplinary teams while managing delivery quality and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Lead QA/QC reviews, post-project evaluations, KPI monitoring, process optimization, operational excellence, and industry representation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, project controls, cost management, or major capital project delivery, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Significant experience delivering large and complex capital projects in data centers or comparable technically complex environments, including high tech, semiconductor, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and project professionals, managing client relationships and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and overseeing project financial performance, resource planning, commercial performance, delivery quality, business development, and account growth.

Nice to have

• Owner-side leadership of large-scale data center construction programs or multiple major technically complex capital projects.
• Experience owning or growing strategic client accounts and expanding services across a capital portfolio.
• Knowledge of project management, construction management, PMO, governance, project controls, cost, schedule, risk, change, commercial management, and executive reporting.
• Experience developing governance models, project controls standards, reporting processes, KPIs, procedures, and assurance programs.
• Experience with capital planning, procurement, contracting strategies, construction contracts, value engineering, cost optimization, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience with project controls digitalization, PMIS implementation, integrated data environments, dashboards, analytics, workflow automation, and AI.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, EcoSys, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Professional credentials such as PMP, PE, CCM, AACE CCP, PSP, MRICS, or equivalent.
