Regional Construction Director (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Lead construction projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Build, lead, and mentor multidisciplinary teams of project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead contract negotiations with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain quality standards, regulatory compliance, health and safety protocols, reporting, and project documentation.
• Communicate with clients, investors, regulatory authorities, and internal project teams, providing project updates and resolving concerns.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in project delivery, preferably in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Client-side major project management experience on projects exceeding $100 million, in a lead Senior Project Manager or Project Director capacity.
• Experience managing people and multidisciplinary internal and external teams, particularly within an integrated Project Delivery team.
• Proven success delivering large-scale, complex projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Leadership-level communication experience in a highly analytical environment, with strong commercial business acumen and a quality-focused, efficiency-driven approach.
• Ability to work as a team player and team builder with multiple stakeholders in multicultural and matrix environments.
• Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding improved solutions.
