Manager, Client Services Project Manager (Public Safety)

Location: USA - Atlanta, GA; travel to customer locations may be required, up to 25%

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers delivering hirify.global Evidencentral and related cloud-based solutions.
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementations from contract award through go-live and beyond, ensuring milestones, quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Standardize planning, risk management, documentation, issue resolution, governance, and project tracking practices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Support, R&D, and Technical Account Management to ensure effective handoffs and execution.
• Manage resource capacity and staffing, define and monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Guide escalations, client communication, governance calls, and Project Management input into a Professional Services Automation tool.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing SaaS or technology solution delivery.
• At least 5 years of people management experience, including team leadership and direct-report supervision.
• Deep understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles, specifically in cloud or public safety environments.
• Familiarity with technical integrations to third-party systems, including APIs, data exchange, and interface requirements.
• Exceptional planning, prioritization, risk management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and escalation management skills.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships, facilitate teamwork, resolve conflict constructively, and foster feedback and knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
• Track record of improving team performance through metrics and coaching, with an empathetic leadership style focused on trust, well-being, growth, and high standards.
• Experience with formal project planning tools such as MS Project and Gantt charts, and with project governance frameworks.
