Corporate Development Analyst

What you will do

• Support investment underwriting through financial analysis, valuation, scenario assessment, and preparation of investment materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional input to assess assumptions, risks, and opportunities in investment underwrites.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and asset divestments through valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring, marketing materials, and execution.
• Partner with Site Acquisition and Leasing teams on deal structuring, commercial terms, negotiations, and transaction strategy.
• Prepare investor presentations, disclosures, key messaging, meeting materials, and external financial communications.
• Track market activity, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform leadership and strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an M&A-related role, including investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, public company processes, and investor dynamics.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interfacing with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• High degree of ownership, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
