Mechanical Engineering Intern (Summer 2027)

What you will do

• Use Revit for system design and assist with commercial building engineering projects.
• Support the design of HVAC systems, piping and plumbing layouts, and fire protection systems.
• Work on school, university, healthcare, office, or infrastructure projects.
• Visit construction jobsites and learn about the construction industry.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, or willingness to learn them.
• Interest in the layout and design of HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection systems.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment selection and system controls, or willingness to learn.
• Plans to take the EIT.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical engineering calculations.
• Excellent organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Leadership ability, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to learn and grow on a project.
