Senior BI Analyst (Fraud & Financial Crime / Collections & Recoveries)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with attendance at the London office 2–3 days per week. Working from abroad is available for up to 120 days per year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Use SQL to explore complex data, create structured datasets, and deliver repeatable analysis.
• Define, document, and maintain trusted metrics, recurring MI, and self-serve reporting.
• Partner with Collections, Operations, Credit Strategy, fraud, and financial crime stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Work with Analytics Engineering on core data models, robust pipelines, and maintainable transformations.
• Improve data quality, reporting standards, analytics usability, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Experience in BI, analytics, or reporting with production datasets, scalable reporting, and self-serve insight.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or a similar BI tool.
• Experience with data modelling or dbt, including robust pipelines and clear documentation.
• Strong analytical judgement, attention to detail, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required for the London-based hybrid arrangement.

• Python experience.
• Experience with credit, operational, or customer performance metrics.
• Interest or experience in fraud prevention, financial services, risk, or financial crime.
