Transformation Analyst

Location: Hybrid, based in Apeldoorn, Netherlands; around two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Track the financial impact of strategic initiatives against approved business cases, forecasts, and value creation targets.
• Analyse performance data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for transformation reviews, governance meetings, and senior leadership discussions.
• Review business cases, quantify expected benefits, and validate financial assumptions.
• Support training and knowledge-sharing on business case methodologies, actuals tracking, and value creation principles.
• Partner with initiative owners and local transformation officers to ensure consistent impact tracking and inform transformation priorities.

Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, finance, controlling, strategy, or transformation, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills, curiosity about how organisations create value, and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights.
• Effective communication skills in English and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to analyse information and communicate findings.
• A collaborative approach, growth mindset, and willingness to learn.
• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in a transformation, consulting, or strategy environment.
• Exposure to business cases, financial modelling, or performance tracking.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
