Global Head of Market Intelligence (Fintech)

Location: New York City office, New York, United States; hybrid working options are available.

Base salary: $275,000–$350,000 annually for New York City-based candidates; bonus or sales incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Own the Market Intelligence business strategy, full P&L, revenue growth, profitability, operating leverage, and cash generation.
• Lead portfolio strategy, investment prioritization, market expansion, partnerships, acquisitions, and post-merger integration.
• Drive commercial growth across sales, product, marketing, and research, including customer retention, pricing, monetization, and market penetration.
• Shape data and product roadmaps using technology, AI, and analytics to improve customer value and scalability.
• Represent the business with C-suite clients, industry partners, advisory boards, conferences, and executive forums.
• Build and lead a high-performing global leadership team, succession pipeline, and organizational capability strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience with increasing business, commercial, and P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading a sizeable global business, business unit, or product portfolio.
• Experience in financial information services, data and analytics, SaaS, research, capital markets, risk, fintech, indices, or adjacent information businesses.
• Proven record of revenue growth, profitability improvement, operating leverage, product portfolio management, and commercial expansion.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. market intelligence industry and financial services ecosystem, including asset management, wealth management, insurance, retirement products, distribution channels, and market data.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another advanced degree preferred.

• Experience leading AI-enabled products, digital platforms, data-driven businesses, or technology-enabled services.
• Experience presenting to boards, investors, or executive leadership teams.
• Additional executive education in strategy, finance, technology, AI, analytics, or business leadership.
