VP of Tech Expansion (AI/Fintech)

Location: Remote; London, Greater London, United Kingdom. International travel is required.

What you will do

• Define and execute the global expansion strategy for hirify.global’s technology ecosystem across AI, self-custodial infrastructure, peer-to-peer systems, and digital and financial infrastructure.
• Identify high-potential markets, industries, partners, and use cases, and build relationships with enterprise, institutional, government, and technology leaders.
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close major technology partnerships and deployments.
• Translate partner requirements into integrated solutions and coordinate product, engineering, legal, regulatory, and implementation teams through delivery and scale.
• Lead senior professionals and international teams, establish KPIs and accountability frameworks, and build a high-performing Tech Expansion organization.
• Develop repeatable commercial and execution playbooks and represent hirify.global at strategic engagements, conferences, and industry forums.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across enterprise technology, AI, digital infrastructure, fintech, digital assets, telecommunications, or technology business development, including senior leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, decentralized infrastructure, and digital platforms.
• Proven experience originating, structuring, and closing major enterprise or government technology partnerships.
• Experience developing global go-to-market strategies and managing senior professionals and international teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and executive relationship-building skills.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
